ENGLISH 1. Visit any of the AIBI outlets in Singapore. 2. Once you complete shopping, ask for a gift card redemption desk at the payment counter. 3. Present your Mooments gift card at the cashier. 4. Once the cashier/redemption person enters your Gift Card code in their system, you will receive an OTP. Share this with them. 5. Redemption completed. MALAY 1. Lawati mana-mana cawangan AIBI di Singapura. 2. Setelah anda selesai membeli-belah, minta meja penebusan kad hadiah di kaunter pembayaran. 3. Tunjukkan kad hadiah Mooments anda kepada juruwang. 4. Setelah juruwang/kakitangan penebusan memasukkan kod Kad Hadiah anda dalam sistem mereka, anda akan menerima OTP. Kongsikan OTP ini dengan mereka. 5. Penebusan selesai.

ENGLISH 1. Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash and can only be used at AIBI outlets in Singapore. 2. Not transferable; Not redeemable for cash; Not applicable for online purchases; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will automatically be forfeited. 3. Gift Cards not utilized before the expiry date will be forfeited without a refund or exchange. 4. No extensions of the expiry date will be entertained for expired gift cards. 5. Gift Card(s) are strictly not valid for resale. 6. AIBI reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 7. Validity: 1 year. MALAY 1. Kad Hadiah tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai dan hanya sah untuk digunakan di cawangan AIBI di Singapura. 2. Tidak boleh dipindah milik; tidak boleh ditebus dengan wang tunai; tidak terpakai untuk pembelian dalam talian; sebarang baki tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai atau baucar lain dan akan dilucuthakkan secara automatik. 3. Kad Hadiah yang tidak digunakan sebelum tarikh tamat tempoh akan dilucuthakkan tanpa bayaran balik atau pertukaran. 4. Tiada lanjutan tarikh tamat tempoh akan dilayan untuk kad hadiah yang telah tamat tempoh. 5. Kad Hadiah tidak sah untuk dijual semula. 6. AIBI berhak untuk mengubah dan meminda terma dan syarat ini pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis awal. 7. Tempoh sah: 1 tahun.
