In store: 1. Visit any American Eagle or Aerie store. 2. At the time of purchase, show the barcode, gift card number and PIN (if applicable) on your mobile device to the cashier. 3. The cashier will scan the barcode or enter the gift card number and PIN into the till. Online: 1. Shop at ae.com and go to checkout. 2. At the payment step, enter your gift card number and PIN.

1. Call 1.877.274.3004 or go to ae.com for your AEO® gift card balance. 2. Unless otherwise required by law, this gift card may be redeemed for merchandise only, in U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, Mexican pesos or Hong Kong dollars, at any American Eagle Outfitters®, Aerie®, Tailgate® or OFFLINE by Aerie™ store in the U.S., Canada, Mexico or Hong Kong, as well as at ae.com or aerie.com, or by calling 1.888.232.4535. 3. Purchase, use or acceptance of the AEO® gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, the AEO Terms of Use and the AEO Privacy Policy. 4. This card cannot be used as payment for the AEO® credit card, used to purchase other gift cards, or redeemed or refunded for cash, unless otherwise required by applicable law. 5. To redeem online, enter the gift card number and PIN at the checkout payment step. 6. All gift card orders and payments will be processed at face value in U.S. or Canadian funds, as applicable. 7. A maximum of three gift cards can be used per online transaction. 8. AEO is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, damaged or used without permission. Lost, stolen or damaged gift cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new gift card for the remaining balance upon proof of purchase (original sales receipt) by calling 1.877.274.3004. 9.
