ENGLISH The CR Vanguard gift card is issued by China Resources Group, a central state-owned enterprise, and its leading retail chain subsidiary. It can be used for products from CR Vanguard brands, including CR Vanguard, Vanguard MART, Olé, blt, Vanguard LIFE, Tesco Express and V>nGO, at more than 3,000 stores nationwide. CHINESE 华润万家礼品卡由中央国有企业华润集团及其旗下领先的零售连锁企业发行，可用于购买华润万家旗下品牌的商品，包括华润万家、万家MART、Olé、blt、万家LIFE、乐购Express 和 V>nGO，全国超过 3,000 家门店通用。

ENGLISH 1. Online: register and log in to the China Resources Vanguard (华润万家) app. 2. Tap "My" > "Account" > "Bind Gift Card", then enter the 18-digit card number and 16-digit password. 3. After binding, the gift card will be used first for payment at checkout. 4. In store: you will receive a link containing a QR code; have the QR code scanned by the cashier. 5. Screenshots of the QR code cannot be used; refresh the link to generate a new QR code before it is scanned. CHINESE 1. 线上：在华润万家 App 注册并登录。 2. 点击“我的”>“账户”>“绑定礼品卡”，然后输入 18 位卡号和 16 位密码。 3. 绑定后，结账时系统将优先使用礼品卡支付。 4. 门店：您将收到一个包含二维码的链接；请收银员扫描二维码。 5. 二维码截图不可使用；扫描前请刷新链接生成新的二维码。

ENGLISH 1. This card can only be used at China Resources Vanguard, Olé, blt, V>nGO and other directly operated stores in mainland China (not valid at CR Suguo; in Jiangsu Province, only valid in Suzhou and Wuxi; not valid in Qingdao or Anhui Province). 2. This e-voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. 3. The e-voucher cannot be recharged, is not registered, cannot be replaced if lost, has no password, cannot be overdrawn, earns no interest, cannot be exchanged for cash and gives no change. 4. It can be used multiple times until the balance runs out, with on-site verification required; its validity is subject to store verification. 5. To pay at China Resources Vanguard stores, show the e-voucher barcode to the cashier (the barcode is valid for 60 seconds; if it expires, open the link again to generate a new one). 6. Due to the special nature of the product, no returns or exchanges are allowed once sold. 7. China Resources Vanguard does not issue invoices for purchases paid with the e-voucher. 8. Please keep your e-voucher safe; the company is not responsible for loss or unauthorised disclosure.
