ENGLISH 1. Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed Grab app and logged in. 2. Click "Pick Your Gift", then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page. 3. Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable). 4. The voucher has been redeemed. Click "View My Rewards". 5. Go through the booking steps and click "Offer" to use your voucher. MALAY 1. Klik pada URL pengaktifan. Pastikan anda telah memasang aplikasi Grab dan log masuk. 2. Klik "Pick Your Gift", kemudian teruskan dengan menyimpan baucar ke halaman My Rewards anda. 3. Pilih perkhidmatan dan pilih pecahan hadiah yang anda suka (jika berkenaan). 4. Baucar telah ditebus. Klik "View My Rewards". 5. Ikuti langkah tempahan dan klik "Offer" untuk menggunakan baucar anda.

ENGLISH 1. This eVoucher is applicable for GrabFood orders in Singapore only and is valid for redemption only on the Grab app (iOS | Android). Valid on the latest Grab app versions only. 2. Gift card validity is as mentioned. The eVoucher must be redeemed within the stipulated period. No extension of validity allowed. 3. A successful redemption is only made upon checkout. Each Gift Card (promo code) must be fully utilised when making payment (Any unutilised amount will be forfeited and shall not be refundable). 4. Only 1 promo code is valid per order. Promo code cannot be combined with other promo codes or vouchers or promotions. The eVoucher cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts. 5. The eVoucher cannot be applied to the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee. 6. The eVoucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit-in-kind. eVouchers that have been unwrapped and/or broken down are irreversible. 7. Grab reserves the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to, or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time. Tempoh sah kad hadiah adalah seperti yang dinyatakan. eBaucar mesti ditebus dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan. Tiada lanjutan tempoh sah dibenarkan. 3. Penebusan yang berjaya hanya dibuat semasa daftar keluar. Setiap Kad Hadiah (kod promo) mesti digunakan sepenuhnya semasa membuat pembayaran (Sebarang jumlah yang tidak digunakan akan dilucuthakkan dan tidak akan dikembalikan). 4. Hanya 1 kod promo sah bagi setiap pesanan. Kod promo tidak boleh digabungkan dengan kod promo, baucar atau promosi lain. eBaucar tidak boleh digabungkan dengan promosi atau diskaun lain. 5. eBaucar tidak boleh digunakan pada Yuran Pesanan Kecil dan Yuran Platform. 6. eBaucar tidak boleh dipindah milik, tidak boleh dikembalikan dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai/kredit dalam bentuk barangan. eBaucar yang telah dibuka dan/atau dipecahkan tidak boleh diterbalikkan. 7. Grab berhak, mengikut budi bicara munasabah mereka, untuk mengubah, menambah atau memadam terma Promosi dan/atau menamatkan Promosi pada bila-bila masa.
