Redeeming your eGift Card In-Store Use: To redeem your eGift Card, simply display it on your mobile phone or present a printed copy of the eGift Card at any Jay Jays store in Australia. Online Use: Select the gift card tab in the Secure Payment section of the checkout. Enter the card number and 4-digit PIN provided in the email containing your eGift Card. You can combine your gift card payment with other payment types but please ensure that you enter your gift card details first.

The gift card issuer is Jay Jays Trademark Pty Ltd (“Jay Jays”) ABN 98 004 981 748. A lost, stolen or altered gift card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Once activated the gift card is: redeemable for merchandise at Jay Jays stores and online in the country of issue; not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument; not able to be reloaded; partially redeemable. Gift cards expire three years after the issue date or until no amount remains on the gift card. Cash, refunds or credits will not be given for any unused amount after the gift card expires.
