To redeem a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card on shop.LEGO.com, you’ll need your card number and PIN code. I At the checkout select Gift Card as the payment method and enter the Gift Card number and PIN code in the appropriate fields. To redeem a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card over the phone, will ask you for your 19-digit Card number and PIN code. To redeem a LEGO Gift Card or LEGO e-Gift Card for LEGO Store purchases, present your LEGO Gift Card or image of your LEGO e-Gift Card to the Sales Associate who will process your payment.

This eGift Card can be used to partially or fully pay for LEGO® products ordered on LEGO.com or by phone, or purchased in LEGO® Stores in the country where the card was purchased. The e-card cannot be used in LEGOLAND® Parks, LEGOLAND Entertainment Centers or in stores selling LEGO products. The card cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law. There are no fees for the card. The e-gift card does not expire. The amount corresponding to the order is deducted from the card balance. Card balance information is available at LEGO.com/gift-cards.
