NHL 25: NHL Points

EA SPORTS NHL is the definitive ice hockey simulation franchise, delivering an authentic "on-the-ice" experience powered by the Frostbite engine. An NHL Xbox Games digital code provides a permanent license to download the latest entries, such as NHL 26 (released September 12, 2025) and NHL 25. The modern iterations feature the ICE-Q 2.0 intelligence system, which utilizes real-world NHL EDGE data to make players move and react with superstar-level authenticity.

Sign in to your Xbox console using the account where you want to own the game. Press the Xbox button to open the guide and select the Microsoft Store icon. Open the side menu and select "Redeem". Enter your 25-character digital CODE and select "Next". Follow the prompts to confirm the activation; the game will then appear in your "Ready to Install" list.

Online multiplayer features—including Hockey Ultimate Team (HUT) and online co-op—require an active Xbox Game Pass (Core or Ultimate) subscription. These codes are for the full game software; while some editions (like the Deluxe Edition) include bonus NHL Points, standard codes generally do not include additional in-game currency unless specified.
