1. Visit TANGS at either Tang Plaza (238864) or VivoCity (098585)
2. Before making any merchandise selection, approach TANGS Customer Service counter (Level 4 at Tang Plaza (or) Level 1 at VivoCity) and present your Mooments-TANGS eGift Card
3. When your eGift Card code is entered in the system, you will receive an OTP. Please share with the representative
4. Once approved, you will be given a Physical TANGS Gift Card, topped up with an equal amount of S$ credits
5. Use this Physical TANGS Gift Card against your merchandise purchases at the Cashier point

1. This eGift Card is valid for use only at TANGS (Tang Plaza (238864) or VivoCity (098585)) in Singapore
2. This eGift Card is not exchangeable for cash
3. Multiple redemptions are NOT allowed on this eGift Card. If redemption amount is less than the Mooments-TANGS eGift Card value, then the balance will be forfeited upon redemption
4. Once the TANGS eGift Card is used in-store, no refund or return cases will be entertained
5. All other Terms and Conditions are subject to TANGS Gift Card. TANGS Gift Cards are not applicable for usage on F&B
