1. E-vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue
2. E-vouchers are only valid on eurostar.com
3. E-vouchers can be used to book a train ticket, a hotel stay, a Train + Hotel package or travel insurance, regardless of the transaction amount
4. Train only and travel insurance: several e-vouchers can be used per transaction
5. Hotel stay and Train + Hotel package: only one e-voucher can be used per transaction, cannot be combined with any other promotional code
6. Any remaining balance on an e-voucher will not be refunded to the customer
